DENIS SALVATI GUERRA

PhD in Agronomy with experience in Marketing, I have worked with sales and market development, mainly in pricing and demand, pre-mkt evaluation, new technologies and innovation, new opportunities, concepts introduction. To improve sales I have always worked closely with clients to develop relationship of trust. The R&D and people management has mainly been gained while working for BASF (Brazil and Colombia) and Ihara (Brazil). My responsibilities have included the definition and implementation of protocols and training and coordinating research and marketing team members. I have worked on setting up and managing field stations to facilitate R&D and marketing development. This required, among other things, preparing project reports on fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, biologic products and fertilizers, writing papers for publication in scientific journals and congresses, managing people of different nationalities, organizing field days, stakeholder meetings, as well as preparing product dossiers for the registration of new products in the Agriculture Bureau. I have lived and worked in different regions and countries and I consider myself easily adaptable to different social and cultural situations. In addition, my technical background has allowed me to accumulate considerable experience of working with a variety of tropical & temperate crops. Currently I?m working for Tide Group in Brazil in Regulatory and Marketing Development Department. I?m responsible for marketing products development and positionning, market evaluation, new projects analisis, Technical Responsible for register products (MAPA, ANVISA and IBAMA) and facility (Prentiss chemical plant), managing regulatory and mkt team.
