Helmuth Kieckhöfer

Curso Superior em Gestão Pública pela UniCesumar (2020-2022). Graduação em Medicina Veterinária pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (1984-1988). Doutorado em Medicina Veterinária, pela Escola Superior de Medicina Veterinária de Hannover, Alemanha (1991-1994). Tem experiência em sanidade e produção animal, principalmente na suinocultura, onde exerceu atividades profissionais na PlanRural (1989, 1995-1996). Foi Médico Veterinário do Frigorífico Chapecó Alimentos S/A (1990) no controle sanitário e produção de suínos. Foi Docente na Universidade Comunitária Regional de Chapecó (UNOCHAPECÓ) nas disciplinas de Zootecnia Geral (aves e suínos) e Anatomia e Fisiologia Animal para o curso de Agronomia (1995). Docência nos Cursos de Medicina Veterinária e Zootecnia na categoria de Professor Doutor nas disciplinas de Clínica Médica e Patologia Suína, Suinocultura e Estágio Supervisionado na Universidade de Marília - UNIMAR-SP (1997-2010). Atuou na área da Gestão da Educação como Vice-Diretor e Diretor da Faculdade de Ciências Agrárias da UNIMAR (1998 - 2008). Foi Docente do Banco de Avaliadores do BASIs do INEP para cursos de graduação e Instituições do Ensino Superior do MEC (2006 a 2008. É integrante do elenco de Autores, contribuindo com três capítulos para o Livro Doenças dos Suínos - Jurij Sobestiansky e David Barcelos (2007). Tem experiência na elaboração de Projetos Pedagógicos de Curso na área de Ciências Agrárias e avaliação dos Cursos de Medicina Veterinária e Zootecnia. Desenvolveu projetos de extensão rural e capacitação de produtores de leite junto ao SEBRAE-SP. Criou o Centro de Capacitação e Treinamento da UNIMAR para qualificar mão-de-obra rural junto ao segmento da pecuária e agricultura - SP. Foi consultor educacional para projetos de educação corporativa no treinamento e qualificação profissional de trabalhadores rurais de usinas de álcool e açúcar -SP. Exerceu consultoria no SEBRAE-SP na área de agronegócios para o Sistema Agroindustrial Integrado e Instrutor júnior do Seminário EMPRETEC. Foi membro do Corpo Editorial da Revista Científica Unimar Ciências e integrante da CPA da UNIMAR-SP. Exerceu a Coordenação de Desenvolvimento Institucional e a docência na Faculdade Arnaldo Horácio Ferreira (FAAHF - Luís Eduardo Magalhães -BA), Atuou como professor convidado para a disciplina de Produção de Não Ruminantes no curso de Agronomia da UNEB, Campus IX de Barreiras- BA. Exerceu a Gerência Administrativa do Frigorífico FRIBARREIRAS e Responsabilidade Técnica da Indústria- BA (2012 - 2013). Foi Membro da Comunidade Externa da Comissão Geral do PDI da UFOB, portaria 131/2015 e portaria 012/2016. Foi Assessor da Diretoria da Associação de Agricultores e Irrigantes da Bahia (AIBA) de março/2013 a setembro/2014 e Diretor de Responsabilidade Social e Extensão de setembro/2014 a Fevereiro/2015. Foi Superintendente do Instituto AIBA de março/2015 até março/2021. Atua na Área de Constituição, Regularização e Governança das Entidades e Desenvolve Projetos de Responsabilidade Social. De março/2021 a março/2023 foi consultor da Associação de Produtores e Irrigantes do Noroeste de MG (IRRIGANOR) e Constituiu o Instituto IRRIGANOR. Foi consultor da Associação Baiana de Pecuária (ACRIOESTE) e constituiu o Instituto ACRIOESTE em 2022. Constituiu o Instituto IPÊ AGRO e atua como consultor da entidade desde março de 2023. Exerce o cargo de Diretor Executivo do INSTITUTO JCO desde janeiro de 2023.

He was Professor at the Regional Community University of Chapecó (UNOCHAPECÓ) in the disciplines of General Animal Science (poultry and swine) and Animal Anatomy and Physiology for the Agronomy course (1995). in Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics Courses in the category of Doctor Professor in the disciplines of Internal Medicine and Swine Pathology, Swine Breeding and Supervised Internship at the University of Marília - UNIMAR-SP (1997-2010). He worked in the area of #8203;#8203;Education Management as Deputy Director and Director of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences at UNIMAR (1998 - 2008). He was a professor at the Bank of BASI Assessors at INEP for undergraduate courses and Higher Education Institutions at MEC (2006 to 2008. He is a member of the list of Authors, contributing with three chapters to the book Diseases of Swines - Jurij Sobestiansky and David Barcelos ( 2007). He has experience in the elaboration of Pedagogical Course Projects in the area of #8203;#8203;Agricultural Sciences and evaluation of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science Courses. He developed rural extension projects and training of milk producers with SEBRAE-SP. He created the Training and UNIMAR training to qualify rural labor in the livestock and agriculture segment - SP. He was an educational consultant for corporate education projects in the training and professional qualification of rural workers in ethanol and sugar plants - SP. Worked as a consultant at SEBRAE-SP in the area of #8203;#8203;agribusiness for the Integrated Agroindustrial System and Junior Instructor at the EMPRETEC Seminar. He was a member of the Editorial Board of the Scientific Journal Unimar Sciences and a member of the CPA of UNIMAR-SP. He exercised the Coordination of Institutional Development and teaching at Faculdade Arnaldo Horácio Ferreira (FAAHF - Luís Eduardo Magalhães -BA), He served as visiting professor for the discipline of Production of Non-Ruminants in the Agronomy course at UNEB, Campus IX of Barreiras -BA. He exercised the Administrative Management of FRIBARREIRAS slaughterhouse and Technical Responsibility of Indústria-BA (2012 - 2013). He was a member of the External Community of the UFOB PDI General Commission, ordinance 131/2015 and ordinance 012/2016. He was Advisor to the Board of the Association of Farmers and Irrigators of Bahia (AIBA) from March/2013 to September/2014 and Director of Social Responsibility and Extension from September/2014 to February/2015. He was Superintendent of the AIBA Institute from March/2015 to March/2021. From March 2021 to March 2023, he was a consultant for the Association of Producers and Irrigants of the Northwest of MG (IRRIGANOR) and created the IRRIGANOR Institute. He was a consultant for the Bahia Livestock Association (ACRIOESTE) and created the ACRIOESTE Institute in 2022. He created the IPÊ AGRO Institute and has been a consultant for the civil society organizations since March 2023. He has held the position of Executive Director of the JCO INSTITUTE since January 2023.
