Gabriela Giannattasio Nobres

Postgraduate student in Applied International Law Applied at the Brazilian School of Law, Brazil. Master in Ethnic and Migration Studies from Linköping University, Sweden. Bachelor of International Relations from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Young professional in the fields of migration and refuge, international relations, international humanitarian law and human rights. Gabriela has extensive experience living, studying and working in international, multicultural and diverse environments, as well as work experience at the Academy, at local and international NGOs and at the Organization of American States. She is interested in investigating and understanding the contexts from which people migrate and the bleak realities they may encounter and be subject to throughout their migratory journeys. Gabriela is a native Portuguese speaker, fluent in English and Spanish, with basic knowledge of Swedish (A2), and is currently learning French (level B1.2).

Pós-graduanda em Direito Internacional Aplicado pela Escola Brasileira de Direito, Brasil. Mestre em Estudos de Etnicidade e Migrações pela Universidade de Linköping, Suécia. Bacharela em Relações Internacionais pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. Jovem profissional nas áreas de migração e refúgio, relações internacionais, direito internacional humanitário e dos direitos humanos. Possui vasta experiência vivendo, estudando e trabalhando em ambientes internacionais, multiculturais e diversos, bem como experiência de trabalho na Academia, em ONGs locais e internacionais e na Organização dos Estados Americanos. Possui interesse em investigar e entender os contextos dos quais as pessoas migram e as duras realidades que podem encontrar e estar sujeitas ao longo de suas jornadas migratórias. Gabriela é falante nativa do português, fluente em inglês e espanhol, com conhecimentos básicos de sueco (A2) e atualmente está aprendendo francês (nível B1.2).
