Rubens Augusto Amaro Junior

Ph.D. (2020) and Master's degree (2013) in Civil Engineering from the University of São Paulo and graduated (2009) in Mechanical Engineering - Automation and Systems from the University of São Paulo. Experience in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on dynamics of fluids and elastic/rigid bodies, working mainly on the following topics: computer simulation, meshless particle-based method, moving particle semi-implicit (MPS), fluid-structure interaction and hydroelasticity. Possui doutorado (2020) e mestrado (2013) em Engenharia Civil pela Universidade de São Paulo e graduação (2009) em Engenharia Mecânica - Automação e Sistemas pela Universidade de São Paulo. Tem experiência na área de Engenharia Mecânica, com ênfase em dinâmica dos fluidos e corpos rígidos ou elásticos, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: simulação computacional, método sem malhas baseados em partículas, moving particle semi-implicit (MPS) method, interação fluido-estrutura e hidroelasticidade.
