Lídia Einsfeld

Farmacêutica de família e comunidade, Mestre em Assistência Farmacêutica. Farmacêutica clínica formada pela Universidad de Chile (2011), com especializações em Farmácia Hospitalar e em Farmácia Clínica certificadas pela SBRAFH (2017). Graduou-se pela UFSM (2009), tendo feito residência em Saúde da Família e Comunidade pela RIS/GHC (2012). Atuou como apoiadora técnica institucional da CGAFB/DAF/SCTIE/Ministério da Saúde para o projeto QualiSUS-Rede do Ministério da Saúde em parceria com o Banco Mundial. Possui Mestrado em Assistência Farmacêutica pelo PPGASFAR/UFRGS (2015) e atuou durante três anos na Farmácia SICLOM do Hospital Nª Srª da Conceição (HNSC/GHC), desenvolvendo atividades de Assistência e Atenção Farmacêuticas junto à usuários HIV/AIDS. Atualmente é farmacêutica clínic do Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre (HCPA), atuando como farmacêutica clínica das equipes de cardiologia e transplantes de órgãos sólidos. É membro da International Society of Heart and Lung Transplantation/ISHLT, da American Society of Transplantation (TxPharm COP/AST), diretora regional Científica e de Publicações da Sociedade Brasileira de Farmácia Clínica (SBFC/RS), membro do Corpo Editorial do Jornal de Assistência Farmacêutica e Farmacoeconomia, e Associate Editor do American Journal of Transplantation.

Lidia Einsfeld, Pharm, MsC, is a clinical pharmacist at Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre, Brazil. She has been researching medication compliance since her residence on primary care and previous experience of pharmaceutical care of persons living with HIV. She completed training at Universidad de Chile and earned her master of sciences degree at UFRGS/Brazil; both on clinical pharmacy. She is a currently a member of the Editorial Board of the American Journal of Transplantation.
