Hamilton Schroder was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Master's degree in electrical engineering in the electric power area by DSE/FEEC at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Graduated in electrical engineering at the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUCCAMP). Graduated in business administration also at the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUCCAMP). International experience in both areas. Member of the IEEE - Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. Author and lecturer of works published in IEEE conferences and journals of the electricity sector in Latin America and Europe. Reviewer of the IEEE Systems Journal. Various leadership positions in the areas of engineering and operation. Operations manager, and an instructor of the training department at the Brazilian Telecommunications Company (Embratel). Brazilian representative by Embratel in the international consortium of the Americas I submarine optical system. Senior engineering consultant at MCI/Embratel developing products and technology solutions for the Brazilian electricity sector. Business sales manager at Telmex/Embratel attending companies of the São Paulo State electricity sector. Lecturer of electrical engineering at Faculty of Americana (FAM) from 2018 until 2019. Senior engineer at CPFL Energia from 2010 until 2019. Professor of electrical engineering at Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUCCAMP) since 2019.
