I'm a double Ph.D. in psychology (University of Porto and University of São Paulo), a psychometrician, a postdoctoral researcher (Business Research Unit - ISCTE-IUL), and a master's student in Epidemiology (University of Lisbon), with a special preference for quantitative methods (structural equation modeling and meta-analysis). My research interests: organizational variables consequences in workers' health, evidence-based interventions to improve workers' health, and psychometrics.
