Lucas Ferreira Correa

Master of Science in meteorology from the Institute of Astronomy, Geophysics and Atmospheric Sciences of the University of São Paulo. Bachelor of Science in meteorology from the Federal University of Pará - UFPA -, in Belém-PA-Brazil, and former grantee of the Brazil Scientific Mobility Program (BSMP), through which was a non-degree international student at the Florida State University, in Tallahassee-FL, and later an intern at the Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences of the University of Maryland, in College Park-MD. Currently is a PhD student and scientific assistant at the Institute for Atmospheric and Climate Science at the ETH Zürich. Has experience in Meteorology, focusing on Remote Sensing, Radiative Fluxes in the Atmosphere and Hydrological Modelling.

Mestre em meteorologia pelo Instituto de Astronomia, Geofísica e Ciências Atmosféricas da Universidade de São Paulo (2020). É bacharel em meteorologia pela Universidade Federal do Pará (2018), com período sanduíche na Florida State University (2015-2016) e estágio acadêmico da University of Maryland - College Park (2016) pelo Programa Ciência sem Fronteiras (CSF - CAPES). Atualmente é doutorando no Institute for Atmospheric and Climate Science da ETH Zürich. Tem experiência na área de meteorologia, com ênfase em Radiação atmosférica, Sensoriamento Remoto, e Modelagem Hidrológica.
