Patricia Gomes de Oliveira Fonseca

Master in Culture and Society by the FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF MARANHÃO. Graduated in Letters, with Qualification in Portuguese Language, English Language and respective literature, by FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF MARANHÃO. She has experience in the areas of Education with emphasis on Portuguese Language and Literature and English Language Education. It mainly works on the following themes: literature and discursive analysis, literature and its applicability in gender studies, intersectionality, sexualities, cultural studies and Identity. Currently, she is a research member of the Research Group on Gender, Memory and Identity Studies (GENI / UFMA) and a fellow in the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES).

Mestra em Cultura e Sociedade (2018) pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação Cultura e Sociedade (UFMA) ; Graduada em Letras, com habilitação em Língua Portuguesa, Língua Inglesa e respectivas Literaturas pela Universidade Federal do Maranhão - UFMA (2004). Foi bolsista da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES). Tem experiência nas áreas de educação Infantil, ensino de língua inglesa, com ênfase em literatura correlata. Trabalhou como Assessora no Tribunal de Contas do Estado do Maranhão, operando na redação e revisão textual de processos e documentos. É membro do Grupo de Estudos em Gênero, Memória e Identidade (GENI ? UFMA). Atua, principalmente, na pesquisa dos seguintes temas: literatura e análise discursiva, literatura e gênero, interseccionalidades, identidade, memória e estudos culturais.
