Doctor and master of Science at COPPEAD Graduate Business School in the field of finance, professor Victor Accioly has a bachelor degree in production engineering from UFRJ, and a software developer diploma from Infnet. Winner of the ?2º Prêmio de Publicação Dissente Edição 2013 ? 40 anos de COPPEAD? in the doctoral category, Victor obtained the certifications ?Investment Management Certification (IMC)? from CFA Society of UK, and ?Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF)? from Fitch Learning, during an exchange period in London, and completed the extension course ?Intensive Integrated Skills? focusing on the themes of education, politics, and the environment at Harvard.Deputy mayor and regional administrator of ?Ilha do Governador?, between the years 2010 and 2012, Victor ran for federal deputy in the 2014 elections, organized and produced several events for youths, worked at the Municipal Chamber of Rio de Janeiro, and at the Rio de Janeiro Municipal Court of Accounts, as well as managed the companies ?Pousada Vivendas Santa Mônica?, ?Planeta Marcadores Reciclados?, and publisher ?Y.H. Doutor e mestre em Administração (COPPEAD/UFRJ) no campo de Finanças e Controle Gerencial, Victor Accioly é engenheiro de produção (UFRJ), desenvolvedor de softwares (INFNET) e advogado (Escola de Direito Rio - FGV). Campeão estadual do Desafio Sebrae (2005) e vencedor do "2º Prêmio de Publicação Discente 2013 - 40 anos de COPPEAD" (Doutorado), Victor obteve as certificações Investment Management Certificate (CFA Society UK), Certificate in Quantitative Finance (Fitch Learning) e concluiu o curso de extensão Intensive Integrated Skills, com foco no tripé política, educação e meio ambiente, em Harvard. Subprefeito e Administrador Regional da Ilha do Governador (2010 - 2012), candidatou-se a deputado federal (2014), produziu eventos para jovens, trabalhou como assessor na Câmara de Vereadores, no Tribunal de Contas do Município do Rio de Janeiro (TCMRJ) e administrou as empresas Pousada Vivendas Santa Mônica (Piauí), Planeta Marcadores Reciclados e Editora Y.H. Lucerna. Atualmente é Chefe de Gabinete no TCMRJ.
