Claudio Ricardo Gomes de Lima

Graduado em Química Industrial pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC) , com mestrado em Engenharia Civil (Saneamento Ambiental), também pela UFC, e doutorado em Geografia pela Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp). Professor Titular aposentado do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Ceará (IFCE), foi reitor do IFCE e presidente do Conselho Nacional das Instituições da Rede Federal de Educação Profissional, Científica e Tecnológica (Conif). Foi Secretário Municipal do Trabalho, Desenvolvimento Social e Combate à Fome e presidente da Fundação de Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (Citinova) na Prefeitura Municipal de Fortaleza (PMF). Foi Secretário Executivo do Turismo, também na PMF e ex-Secretário Executivo de Habitação e Desenvolvimento Urbano do Governo do Estado do Ceará.

Graduated in Industrial Chemistry from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), with a master's degree in Civil Engineering (Environmental Sanitation), also from UFC, and a PhD in Geography from the São Paulo State University (Unesp). Retired Full Professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Ceará (IFCE), he was rector of IFCE and president of the National Council of Institutions of the Federal Network of Professional, Scientific and Technological Education (Conif). He was Municipal Secretary of Work, Social Development and Fight against Hunger and president of the Science, Technology and Innovation Foundation (Citinova) at the Municipality of Fortaleza (PMF). He was Executive Secretary of Tourism, also in the PMF and former Executive Secretary of Housing and Urban Development of the Government of the State of Ceará.
