Leonardo José Martins Mendes

Master in Law from the University Center of Brasília - UNICEUB (2017). Law degree from the same institution (2006). Lawyer at Companhia Imobiliária de Brasília - TERRACAP (2011), in which he held several functions, including: Head of Internal Audit and Manager of Contracts and Agreements. All functions performed cumulatively with the law with the Coordination of Real Estate Litigation, initially, and, currently, with the Coordination of Recovery of Credits of the Company. Has experience in the area of Law, with emphasis on Constitutional, Administrative, Urban Planning and Real Estate Registry.

Mestre em Direito pelo Centro Universitário de Brasília - UNICEUB (2017). Graduado em Direito pela mesma instituição (2006). Advogado e Procurador da Companhia Imobiliária de Brasília - TERRACAP (2011), em que exerceu diversas funções dentre as quais: Chefe da Auditoria Interna e Gerente de Contratos e Convênios. Todas as funções exercidas cumulativamente com a advocacia junto à Coordenação de Litígios Imobiliários, inicialmente, e, atualmente, junto à Coordenação de Recuperação de Créditos da Companhia. Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direito Constitucional, Administrativo, Urbanístico e Registral Imobiliário.
