Fernando Dandoro Castilho Ferreira

Doutorando em Sociologia na Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR), é Mestre em Educação Física na linha Sociologia e História do Esporte (Conceito 5 pela Capes) e Bacharel em Educação Física (UFPR). Foi bolsista da Fundação Araucária onde atuou junto à população idosa no Projeto de Extensão Sem Fronteiras. Participa como pesquisador nas seguintes áreas: Sociologia do Esporte, Artes Marciais e Cultura Chinesa. Membro da Asociación Latinoamericana de Estudios Socioculturales del Deporte (Alesde) , do Cepels -UFPR (Centro de Pesquisas em Esporte, Lazer e Sociedade - Universidade Federal do Paraná) e da International Sociology of Sport Association (ISSA). Participa também do grupo de estudos da Universidade Federal do Paraná intitulado História Cultural (e de aculturamento) das Artes Marciais. É professor substituto da Universidade Federal do Paraná - Setor Litoral, no curso de Gestão Desportiva e do Lazer.

PhD in Sociology at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), Master's degree in Physical Education in Sociology and History of Sport (Concept 5 Capes) and Bachelor of Physical Education (UFPR) line. He was a fellow of the Araucaria Foundation where he worked with the elderly population in Extension Project Without Borders. Participates as a researcher in the following areas: Sociology of Sport, Martial Arts and Chinese Culture. Member of the Asociación Latinoamericana de Estudios del Deporte Socioculturales (ALESDE) of Cepels-UFPR (Research Center for Sport, Leisure and Society - Federal University of Paraná) and the International Sociology of Sport Association (ISSA). Also participates in the study group of the Federal University of Paraná titled Cultural History (and acculturation) of Martial Arts. It is a substitute teacher at the Federal University of Paraná - Coastal Sector, in the course of Sport Management and Recreation.
