Advogado e geógrafo. Formado em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Maranhão, mestre em agroecologia pela Universidade Estadual do Maranhão, licenciado e bacharel em Geografia pela Universidade de São Paulo. Orientador de projetos de assentamento do Instituto Nacional de Colonização e Reforma Agrária atuando no setor de Cartografia.
