Fábio Luís Ferreira Nóbrega Franco

Concluiu o mestrado em Filosofia na FFLCH-USP em 2012 sobre a filosofia biológica de Georges Canguilhem, financiado pela Fapesp e com estágio na Universidade Paris VII - Denis Diderot. Em 2018, ainda como bolsista da Fapesp, doutorou-se em Filosofia pela mesma instituição. Como pesquisador de Pós-Doutorado vinculado ao International Research Group on Authoritarianism and Counter-Strategies (IRGAC), do Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung, e ao Departamento de Psicologia Clínica do IP-USP, investiga necropolíticas, capitalismo de plataforma e a gestão do sofrimento psíquico no contexto do neoliberalismo no Brasil. Em 2021, foi Pesquisador-Visitante na Cátedra ''Sociology of the Future of Work'', na Einstein Center Digital Future e na Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (Alemanha). Desde 2020, ocupa o cargo de Professor-Convidado da PUC-SP, onde ministra as disciplinas de Teoria Psicanalítica. É, ainda, Psicanalista Membro do Fórum do Campo Lacaniano de São Paulo e Pesquisador do Laboratório de Teoria Social, Filosofia e Psicanálise (Latesfip-USP). Atuou como consultor da Unesco entre 2014 e 2015, junto à Comissão Especial sobre Mortos e Desaparecidos Políticos (CEMDP) da Secretaria Especial de Direitos Humanos da Presidência da República, onde assessorou politicamente os Grupos de Trabalho Perus e Araguaia. De 2015 a 2016, foi assessor da Coordenação de Direito à Memória e à Verdade da Secretaria de Direitos Humanos e Cidadania da Prefeitura Municipal de São Paulo, onde integrou o Grupo de Trabalho Perus e participou dos esforços de concepção, preparação e revisão da Cartilha de Enfrentamento ao Desaparecimento da prefeitura.

I completed my Master of Philosophy at FFLCH?USP in 2012 on the biological philosophy of Georges Canguilhem, funded by FAPESP and with an internship at the University Paris VII ? Denis Diderot. In 2018, while still holding a FAPESP scholarship, I got my Ph.D. in Philosophy from the same institution. As a Postdoctoral researcher at the International Research Group on Authoritarianism and Counter-Strategies (IRGAC), at Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung, and at the Department of Clinical Psychology at IP-USP, I investigate necropolitics and the management of psychic suffering in the context of neoliberalism in Brazil. I also hold the positions of Visiting Researcher in the Chair of ''Sociology of the Future of Work'' at the Einstein Center Digital Future and at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (Germany), and Invited Professor at PUC-SP, where I teach the subjects of Psychoanalytic Theory. I am also a Psychoanalyst Member of the Forum of the Lacanian Field of São Paulo and Researcher at the Laboratory of Social Theory, Philosophy and Psychoanalysis (Latesfip-USP). I worked as a consultant for Unesco between 2014 and 2015, with the Special Commission on Political Deaths and Disappearances (CEMDP) of the Special Secretariat for Human Rights of the Presidency of the Republic, where I advised politically the Perus and Araguaia Working Groups. From 2015 to 2016, I was an advisor to the Coordination of the Right to Memory and Truth of the Secretariat of Human Rights and Citizenship of the Municipality of São Paulo, where I was part of the Perus Working Group and participated in the efforts to design, prepare and revise the Booklet of Confronting the disappearance of the city hall.
