Professor at Rondonia Federal Institute of Education, Science and Tecnology. Doctorate's in Social Policy; Master's in Business Administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas - RJ (2001), garduation's degree in sociology teaching and BA in Social Sciences from the Universidade Federal Fluminense (1997). Coordinator for undergraduates and gradutate courses at the University Estacio de Sa. As a social scientist worked in research in the areas of Social Sciences and Health (NUPES / FIOCRUZ and PAHO), Social Sciences and Agrarian Reform (CPAD / UFFRJ) Urban Violence (CPDOC / FGV and ISER), Labour and Vocational Training (IPEA) Public Policy and Social Policy (IUPERJ) (EBAPE / FGV) (IBAM). Tied as a consultant in Local Sustainable Development Projects in Active Community Program of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic. Served as consultant to the Local Development Forum counties in the State of Rio de Janeiro (SEBRAE and FGV) and (FESP - Foundation School of Public Service). He was coordinator and director of undergraduate course. He is currently National Pedagogical Coordinator of the University Estacio de Sa Colleges of Technology in Human Resource Management, Process Management, Public Safety, Public Management, Real Estate Business and the Bachelor of Trilingual Executive Secretary.

Professor do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Rondônia. Doutor em Política Social - UFF. Possui Bacharelado em Ciências Sociais pela Universidade Federal Fluminense (1998), Licenciatura em Sociologia pela Universidade Federal Fluminense (1999) e mestrado em Administração pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas - Matriz (2000). Foi professor substituto da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: gestão pública, projeto socio-ambiental, cursos de graduação, ciências políticas e formação superior.
