Graduada em Agronomia pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Mestre e Doutora em Zootecnia pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Atualmente é postdoc na Universidade de Idaho.
Durante o curso de graduação, fez iniciação científica voluntariamente e como bolsista CNPq, FAPERGS e BIT/UFRGS. Recebeu três premiações, sendo elas: Destaque Produção Animal / Ruminantes no XXII Salão de Iniciação Científica da UFRGS em 2010, Destaque Ciências Agrárias no IX Salão de Ensino UFRGS em 2013 e Prêmio UFRGS Talento Inovador na Feira de Inovação Tecnológica da UFRGS / FINOVA em 2014. Fez intercâmbio acadêmico na Universidad Nacional de Asunción, em San Lorenzo/Paraguai. Realizou estágios técnicos no Rio Grande do Sul, Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais, Argentina e Nova Zelândia. Concluiu a Faculdade em dezembro de 2014. Em janeiro de 2015 acompanhou projetos de pesquisa na área de plantas forrageiras na The Ohio State University. Em 2017 ingressou no curso Doutorado junto ao Programa de Pós-graduação em Zootecnia da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, sendo bolsista CNPq. Realizou parte de sua tese no INRAE-Toulouse / ENSAT pela participação no projeto COFECUB - Edital nº 16/2015. Foi integrante do Grupo de Pesquisa em Ecologia do Pastejo (GPEP) e Grupo de Pesquisa em Sistema Integrado de Produção Agropecuária (GPSIPA). Atua na Aliança SIPA desde sua criação.
Graduated in Agronomy and Master in Zootechnics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). She is currently a doctoral student in the Postgraduate Program in Animal Science at the same University and is doing part of her thesis at INRAE-Toulouse / ENSAT. Member of the Research Group on Ecology of Pasture (GPEP) and Research Group on Integrated Agricultural Production System (GPSIPA). He has worked in the SIPA Alliance since its creation.
During the undergraduate course, he did scientific initiation voluntarily and as a CNPq, FAPERGS and BIT / UFRGS fellow. It received three awards, namely: Highlight Animal Production - Ruminants at the XXII UFRGS Scientific Initiation Meeting in 2010, Highlight Agrarian Sciences at the IX UFRGS Teaching Salon in 2013 and the UFRGS Innovative Talent Award at the UFRGS Technological Innovation Fair - FINOVA in 2014 He did an academic exchange at the Universidad Nacional de Asunción, in San Lorenzo / Paraguay. He performed technical internships in Rio Grande do Sul, Mato Grosso, Minas Gerais, Argentina and New Zealand. He completed the Faculty in December 2014. In January 2015 he followed research projects in the field of forage plants at The Ohio State University. In 2017, he joined the Doctorate course at the Postgraduate Program in Animal Science at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, with a CNPq scholarship.
