Possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade Estadual de Maringá (2003). Atualmente é Procurador Federal - Membro da Advocacia-Geral da União. Tem especialização em Direito. Exerceu a Chefia da Matéria de Benefícios Previdenciários da Procuradoria Federal Especializada Junto ao INSS de Presidente Prudente - SP. Trabalhou na Justiça Federal da 4ª Região, onde exerceu a função de Oficial de Gabinete junto à Vara Federal de Apucarana/PR. Membro do Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Processual - IBDP. Autor de artigos publicados em periódicos especializados. Autor de livro.

He served as Head of the Social Security Benefits Matter of the Specialized Federal Attorney at the INSS of Presidente Prudente-SP.
