Marcos Silva de Aquino

Graduated in Textile Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (2003), Master in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, with an emphasis on textiles, (development of a shredder to obtain pineapple leaf fibers), year of conclusion 2006 and doctorate in Mechanical Engineering, with emphasis on textile (tribological analysis of multifunctional meshes obtained by multilayers), experimental part carried out at the University of Minho / Portugal, graduated from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, year of conclusion 2012. He is currently a high school teacher. He was Coordinator of the Textile Engineering course, for two terms, in the years 2008 and 2009 and for the second time in the years 2018 and 2019. In addition to being Head of the Department of Textile Engineering for two terms in the years 2011 to 2015 at the University Federal District of Rio Grande do Norte. Has experience in the area of ​​Textile and Mechanical Engineering, with an emphasis on Textiles, acting mainly in the following areas: Industrial Mechanics (lathes, adjustment, milling and pneumatic and hydraulic controls by SENAI -RN in the role of Instructor from 1988 to 1996) Textile Engineering ( Flat weaving, Knitting, weft and warp fabrics in multifunctional applications and technical textiles).

Possui graduação em Engenharia Têxtil pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (2003), mestrado em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, com ênfase em têxtil,(desenvolvimento de uma desfibradeira para obtenção das fibras da folha do abacaxi), ano de conclusão 2006 e doutorado em Engenharia Mecânica, com ênfase em têxtil ( análise tribológica das malhas multifuncionais obtidas por multicamadas), parte experimental realizada na universidade do Minho/Portugal, diplomado pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, ano de conclusão 2012. Atualmente é professor de 3° grau. Foi Coordenador do curso de Engenharia Têxtil, por dois mandatos, npos anos de 2008 e 2009 e pela segunda vez nos anos de 2018 e 2019. Além de ter sido Chefe do Departamento de Engenharia Têxtil por dois mandatos nos anos de 2011 à 2015 da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. Tem experiência na área de Engenharia Têxtil e Mecânica, com ênfase em Têxteis, atuando principalmente nos seguintes áreas: Mecânica Industrial ( tornearia, ajustagem, fresagem e comandos pneumáticos e hidráulicos pelo SENAI -RN na função de Instrutor de 1988 à 1996) Engenharia Têxtil (Tecelagem plana, Malharia, tecidos de malhas por trama e urdume na aplicações multifuncionais e têxteis técnicos).
