Ivana Montandon Soares Aleixo

Graduated in Physical Education from the School of Physical Education Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy of the Federal University of Minas Gerais.Mestrado in Sports Science by the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1998). PhD in Sports Science held at the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto (2011). Post-Doctorate degree from USP in Sports Sciences held at Ribeirão Preto Physical Education and Sports School (2017). She is a permanent active professor at the School of Physical Education Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy of the Federal University of Minas Gerais. Collaborating researcher of the Group of Studies in Sociology, Pedagogy of Sports and Leisure (GESPEL) EEFFTO -UFMG. He has experience in Physical Education, with emphasis on Physical Education, working mainly in the following subjects: Gymnastics and its various manifestations, Artistic Gymnastics, Sports Pedagogy, Teaching, Physical Education, School, Training with children and youth, Education in Collective Health.

Licenciada em Educação Física pela Escola de Educação Física Fisioterapia e Terapia Ocupacional da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.Mestrado em Ciência do Esporte pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (1998). Doutorado em Ciência do Desporto realizado na Faculdade do Desporto da Universidade do Porto (2011). Pós Doutorado em pela USP em Ciências do Esporte realizado na Escola de Educação Física e Esporte Ribeirão Preto (2017). É professora ativo permanente da Escola de Educação Física Fisioterapia e Terapia Ocupacional da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. Pesquisadora colaboradora do Grupo de Estudos em Sociologia, Pedagogia do Esporte e Lazer (GESPEL) EEFFTO -UFMG. Tem experiência na área de Educação Física, com ênfase em Educação Física, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Ginástica e suas diversas manifestações, Ginástica Artística, Pedagogia do Esporte, Ensino, Educação Física, Escolar, Treinamento com crianças e jovens, Educação pelo esporte, Educação em Saúde Coletiva.
