Fábio Miguel Loutfi Pereira

Bacharel e Mestre em Regência Sinfônica pela Academia de Música da Breslávia (2011, 2013). Mestre em Diplomacia Européia pela Universidade da Breslávia (2013); Pós-graduado em Relações Exteriores pela Academia Europeia de Diplomatas em 2013 (Varsóvia); Diretor Executivo do Instituto Europeu de Desenvolvimento Cultural (2013-2015); Já esteve a frente de importantes orquestras como: Orquestra Filarmônica de Moscou, Varsóvia, Minas Gerais, Orquestra Nacional da Rádio da Bielorússia.

Fabio Loutfi holds a Master of Music degree in conducting, two Fellowships, one in music other in diplomacy and five Diplomas from important institutions such as the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, Accademia Musicale Chigiana Siena, the Stichting Jorma Panula, the Universität Mozarteum Salzburg and Akademia Muzyczna im. Karol Lipinski in Wroclaw. In 2012 he received a special title from the European Academy of Diplomacy in Warsaw during the occasion with the presence of President of the Republic of Latvia Vairze Vik-Freiberdze. In the same year received his Masters in European Diplomacy with keen in Cultural and Media Communication and Foreign Affairs. From 2013-2015 he held the post of Artistic Advisor at the European Institute of Cultural Development.
