Engenheira Florestal e Doutora em Ciências Florestais pela Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco (UFRPE) e pós-graduanda em Geoprocessamento e Georreferenciamento de Imóveis pela Universidade Cidade de São Paulo. Membro do Laboratório de Ecologia Vegetal (LEVE), sob orientação da Profª. Ana Carolina Borges Lins e Silva. Experiência na área de Recursos Florestais e Engenharia Florestal, com ênfase principalmente nos seguintes temas: Ecologia da paisagem, Restauração da paisagem, Ocupação e dinâmica do Uso do Solo, Geotecnologias, Unidades de conservação, Inventário Florestal e Licenciamento Ambiental.
