Electrical and computer engineer with multiple specializations in the electronics, telecommunications, biomedical and building infrastructure. He got the Master´s degree in computer science in the 2005. Has been worked in different branches of industry, services, hospitals and education. Good experience as a teacher in higher education in technology`s and engineering graduated courses. He has been a witness/judicial expert since 2004 and issued several reports to the court of justice in Rio de Janeiro state, related to the mobile and fixed telephony; energy distribution; public water, light and gas control and measurement systems; building inspection; Internet; regulatory legislation, international norms and standards; electro-electronics; biomedical and graphotechnical. As an academic researcher, had been evolved with image processing and bioelectric signals; diagnostic methods based on electroencephalography and brain mapping; Transcranial magnetic stimulation; Transcranial direct current stimulation and vagus nerve stimulation; He is currently undergoing certification and specialization in the intellectual property area, with regard to patent engineering, computer programs, industrial designs and circuit topography, through WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization).

É perito judicial desde 2004 e expediu diversos laudos ao Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, relacionados à telefonia móvel e fixa; distribuição de energia; sistemas públicos de controle e medição de água, luz e gás; inspeção de edifícios; Internet; legislação regulatória, normas e padrões internacionais; eletroeletrônica; biomédica e grafotécnica. Como pesquisador acadêmico, evoluiu com processamento de imagens e sinais bioelétricos; métodos de diagnóstico baseados em eletroencefalografia e mapeamento cerebral; Estimulação magnética transcraniana; Estimulação transcraniana por corrente contínua e estimulação do nervo vago; Atualmente está em processo de certificação e especialização na área de propriedade intelectual, no que diz respeito a engenharia de patentes, programas de computador, desenhos industriais e topografia de circuitos, através da WIPO (Organização Mundial da Propriedade Intelectual).
