Adriano Augusto de Paiva Custódio

For 10+ years he has been a Plant Pathologist Researcher based in Londrina/Paraná. From 2012 to 2019 he worked at Paraná Agronomic Institute (IAPAR), currently the Paraná Agricultural Development Institute IAPAR-EMATER (IDR-Paraná) since 2020. He is Agronomist (2006) and Doctor of Science (2011) from Lavras Federal University/Minas Gerais. He has experience in Agronomy, with an emphasis on Brazilian Tropical Plant \Pathology, developing activities of Teaching, Research, Development, Innovation and Technological Transfer in epidemiology applied to the control of diseases in cereals. For 5+ years he has been responsible for the general coordination of the national cooperative research network to evaluate in the field the efficiency of the portfolio of new fungicides registered to control foliar diseases in maize. Há 10+ anos é Pesquisador Fitopatologista sediado em Londrina/Paraná. De 2012 a 2019 trabalhou no Instituto Agronômico do Paraná (IAPAR), atualmente Instituto de Desenvolvimento Rural do Paraná IAPAR-EMATER (IDR-Paraná) desde 2020. É Engenheiro Agrônomo (2006) e Doutor em Ciências (2011) pela Universidade Federal de Lavras/Minas Gerais. Tem experiência em Agronomia, com ênfase em Fitopatologia Tropical Brasileira. Possui vivência profissional em atividades de Ensino, Pesquisa, Desenvolvimento, Inovação e Extensão (transferência tecnológica) na área de epidemiologia aplicada ao controle de doenças em cereais. Há 5+ anos é responsável pela coordenação geral da rede nacional de pesquisa cooperativa para avaliar em campo a eficiência do portfólio de novos fungicidas registrados para controlar doenças foliares em milho.
