Graduação em Farmácia pelo CESUPA incompleto. Foi bolsista de Iniciação Científica do CNPq vinculado ao Laboratório de Toxicologia Humana e Ambiental do Núcleo de Medicina Tropical da UFPA. Bacharel em Direito pela Faculdade Estácio - FAP , ESPECIALISTA em GESTÃO, pela Faculdade Integrada de Ciências Sociais Aplicadas de Marabá (FACIMAB). ESPECIALISTA em GESTÃO EM SAÚDE pela UNIBF Faculdade. MESTRE em Gestão Pública pela Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologia de Lisboa (ULHT) reconhecido pelo Programa de Pós-graduação em Gestão Pública do Núcleo de Altos Estudos Amazônicos (NAEA). DOUTORANDO do Programa de Pós Graduação em Doenças Tropicais do Núcleo de Medicina Tropical da UFPA. Participa em grupo de Pesquisa do Núcleo de Medicina Tropical na área de Toxicologia Humana e Ambiental. Possui experiência na área da Gestão Pública adquirida na coordenação do CENPREN (Coordenadoria de Prevenção, Tratamento e Redução de Danos do Consumo de Drogas do Estado do Pará, em 2019 e 2020 e como VICE PRESIDENTE do Conselho Estadual de Políticas sobre Drogas do Pará - CONED e em atividades educativas desenvolvidas em Comunidades Terapêuticas e Escolas Públicas em vários municípios do Estado do Pará. E atualmente é Professor do Magistério Superior do quadro efetivo da Universidade Federal do Pará - UFPA.

MASTER in Public Management from the Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologia de Lisboa (ULHT) recognized by the Postgraduate Program in Public Management of the Center for Higher Amazon Studies (NAEA). PhD student of the Post-Graduate Program in Tropical Diseases of the Nucleus of Tropical Medicine at UFPA. Participates in a research group at the Center for Tropical Medicine in the area of Human and Environmental Toxicology. He has experience in the area of Public Management acquired in the coordination of CENPREN (Coordination for the Prevention, Treatment and Harm Reduction of Drug Consumption of the State of Pará, in 2019 and 2020 and as VICE PRESIDENT of the State Council on Drug Policies of Pará - CONED and in educational activities developed in Therapeutic Communities and Public Schools in several municipalities in the State of Pará. He is currently Professor of Higher Education at the Federal University of Pará - UFPA.
