Marconi Edson Esmeraldo Albuquerque

Doutorado em Política Científica e Tecnológica (Unicamp, 2011). É analista sênior em Ciência e Tecnologia do Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq). Tem experiência na área de Política, Planejamento e Gestão de Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação, atuando principalmente nos temas: Política Científica e Tecnológica; Mudança Tecnológica; Organização da Pesquisa e da Inovação; Teoria e Gestão Organizacional; Planejamento Organizacional; e Inovação e Competitividade. Membro da Associação Brasileira de Estudos Sociais das Ciências e Tecnologias - ESOCITE.BR. Atualmente está cedido ao Ministério da Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (MCTI), atuando como coordenador de planejamento, monitoramento e avaliação.

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering (UFPB, 1998), Master in Production Engineering (UFPB, 2000) and PhD in Scientific and Technological Policy (Unicamp, 2011). He is senior analyst of S & T of the National Council of Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). At CNPq, he worked in the management of technological development, specifically in the following programs: Development of Human Resources for Strategic Activities in Support of Innovation (RHAE-Inovação), in the Basic Industrial Technology and Technological Services Program for Innovation and Competitiveness (TIB) of Scientific and Technological Capacitation for Inmetro's Scientific and Industrial Metrology (PROMETRO). He has worked in the management of scientific development in the area of ​​Electrical and Biomedical Engineering, as well as in the Casadinho / Procad Program, which stimulates the improvement of non-consolidated graduate programs in partnership with consolidated programs. He was a substitute coordinator of the Coordination of Support for Institutional Partnerships of CNPq (COAPI), director of Scientific, Technological and Educational Affairs of the Association of Servants of CNPq (ASCON) and Substitute Coordinator of Coordination of Statistics and Indicators (COEST). He currently works in the Planning Department of CNPq and is vice-president of the CNPq Servers Association. Participates in several commissions related to organizational management issues. He was a representative of the CNPq Deliberative Council (2014-2016), a member of the Ethics Committee (2012-2017), the Internal Performance Assessment Committee (2014 to present), the Internal the present) and the Workplace Quality Policy Implementation Committee (2016 up to the present). He is a member of the Scientific Editorial Board of the following journals: Gestão e Conexões (UFES) and Sustainable Business International Journal (UFF), and has served as a reviewer of the Brazilian Journal of Innovation (RBI) and scientific events National Meeting of the National Association of Post- Graduation and Research in Administration (ENANPAD) and Symposium of Management of Technological Innovation, in the thematic theme Emerging Themes in Innovation. Has experience in the area of ​​Policy, Planning and Management of Science, Technology and Innovation, working mainly in the following subjects: Scientific and Technological Policy; Technological Change; Organization of Research and Innovation; Theory and Organizational Management; and Innovation and Competitiveness.
