Flavio Shigeo Yamamoto

I have an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of São Paulo. I have worked in universities teaching and carrying out research in the area of artificial intelligence and links between creative thinking and cross-curricular activities for fifteen years or so on. I am currently Head of Cognitive Robotics at NTU Soft. Tech. My research is focused on visuospatial cognition and episodic memory. I am looking at how to implement a cognitive architecture that supports such cognitive mechanisms in humanoid robots to facilitate teaming between humans and personal robots.
