He holds a degree in Geography from the Federal University of Amazonas (2003), qualification in georeferencing (PUC-GO/2010) and a master's degree in Agriculture in the Humid Tropics from the National Institute of Research in the Amazon (2008). He is a (statutory) geographer of the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF COLONIZATION AND AGRICULTURAL REFORM (since 2005). He has experience in the area of ​​Agrarian Geography, Urban Geography, Physical and Human Geography, using Cartography as a tool (use of GIS, CAD, Satellite signal receiver, elaboration of maps, charts and blueprints). Remote sensing skills. Delimitation of quilombola territories and indigenous lands. Socioeconomic surveys. Environment: polluting sources, conservation, landscape, urban drainage, environmental licensing, Legal Reserve delimitation. Environmental expertise. Possui graduação em Geografia pela Universidade Federal do Amazonas (2003), habilitação em georreferenciamento (PUC-GO/2010) e mestrado em Agricultura no Trópico Úmido pelo Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas da Amazônia (2008). É geógrafo (estatutário) do INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE COLONIZAÇÃO E REFORMA AGRÁRIA (desde 2005). Tem experiência na área de Geografia Agrária, Geografia Urbana, Geografia física e humana, usando a Cartografia como ferramenta (uso de SIG, CAD, Receptor de sinais de satélite, elaboração de mapas, cartas e plantas). Habilidade em sensoriamento remoto. Delimitação de territórios quilombolas e terras indígenas. Levantamentos socioeconômicos. Meio ambiente: fontes poluidoras, conservação, paisagem, drenagem urbana, licenciamento ambiental, delimitação de Reserva Legal. Pericias ambientais.
