Heloisa Oliveira Magalhaes Belchior

Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Federal University of Ceará - UFC (2001-2006). Medical Residency in General Surgery at the General Hospital of Fortaleza (2007-2009) and Medical Residency in Mastology at the Cancer Institute of Ceará - ICC (2009-2011). Internship in France in reconstructive breast surgery in Strasbourg, at the Insitut du Sein (2012). She completed a PhD in Oncology at the AC Camargo Cancer Center (2013-2017), defending her thesis on prognostic factors in early breast cancer. Specialization in Breast Reconstructive Surgery at Santa Casa de Misericórdia in Belo Horizonte. Graduate in Hereditary Predisposition to Cancer at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, completed in 2022. Title of specialist in Mastology (TEMA) by the Brazilian Society of Mastology (SBM), and is currently Vice-President of the Brazilian Society of Mastology, Ceará region, for the three-year period 2023 to 2025. Mastologist at Hospital e Maternidade Dra. Zilda Arns Neumann, where she is preceptor of the medical residency in Gynecology and Obstetrics, and at Oncocentro-Rede DOr.

Graduação pela Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC), de 2001 a 2006. Fez Residência Médica inicialmente em Cirurgia Geral pelo Hospital Geral de Fortaleza (2007-2009) e residência em Mastologia pelo Instituto do Câncer do Ceará (ICC) entre 2009 e 2011. Realizou estágio na França em cirurgia mamária reconstrutiva em Estrasburgo, no Insitut du Sein, no ano de 2012. Concluiu Doutorado em Oncologia pelo AC Camargo Cancer Center (2013-2017), defendendo a tese sobre fatores prognósticos no câncer de mama inicial. Especialização em cirurgia reconstrutora da mama pela Santa Casa de Miséricórdia de Belo Horizonte. Pós-graduação em Predisposição Hereditária ao Câncer no Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, concluída em 2022. Tem título de especialista em Mastologia (TEMA) pela Sociedade Brasileira de Mastologia (SBM), e atualmente é vice-Presidente da Sociedade Brasileira de Mastologia, regional Ceará, pelo triênio 2023 a 2025. Atua também como Mastologista pelo Hospital e Maternidade Dra. Zilda Arns Neumann, onde é preceptora da residência médica de ginecologia e Obstetrícia, e na Oncocentro - Rede DOr.
