Raphael Felipe de Carvalho Prates

Control and Automation Engineer from Unviversidade Federal de Ouro Preto (2013). Master Science in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto (2014) and is currently a PhD candidate in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. His research topics include computer vision and machine learning. Specifically, he has experience working with mineral froth image processing, license plate detection and, more recently, in smart surveillance systems.
