André Luiz Souza da Silva

Bacharel em Direito - Faculdades Integradas de Vitória (FDV), registrado na Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB-ES) desde 2009 e Pós Graduado em Direito Corporativo (L.L.M. Direito Corporativo) pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC-RJ). Bacharel e Mestre em Administração, na linha de pesquisa Estratégia, Inovação e Desempenho Organizacional na Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (UFES). Tem como principal foco de pesquisa estratégia e o processo decisório, especialmente, em contextos organizacionais complexos e pluralistas (tais como setor público e ONG's). Aborda a formação de estratégias, ações coletivas, processo de inovação e a efetividade da implementação de políticas públicas. Membro de Comissão Permanente e Especial de Licitação por muitos anos no Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do Espírito Santo (CBMES); bem como Membro efetivo na conciliação de interesse das diferentes instituições do Governo do Estado do Espírito Santo e do Banco Mundial na Comissão Especial de Licitação do Programa Integrado das Águas e da Paisagem.

Bachelor of Law at Integrated Colleges of Vitória (FDV), registered with the Brazilian Lawer Association (OAB-ES) since 2009 and Postgraduate in Corporate Law (L.L.M. Corporate Law) by the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets (IBMEC-RJ). Bachelor and Master in Administration, in the line of research Strategy, Innovation and Organizational Performance at the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES). Its main focus is on strategy research and decision-making, especially in complex and pluralistic organizational contexts (such as the public sector and NGO's). It addresses the formation of strategies, collective actions, the innovation process and the effectiveness of the implementation of public policies. Member of the Permanent and Special Bidding Commission for many years in the Military Fire Brigade of Espírito Santo (CBMES); as well as effective member in the conciliation of interest of the different institutions of the Government of the State of Espírito Santo and the World Bank in the Special Bidding Commission of the Integrated Water and Landscape Program.
