Carla Weber Scheeren
It possesss graduation in Industrial Chemistry for the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) (1996-2000), Mestrado in Analytical Chemistry for the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) (2000-2002), Doutorado in Chemistry for the Federal University of the Rio Grande Do Sul (UFRGS) (2002-2006), After-doutorado for the Université Louis Pasteur de Strasbourg (ULP), (2006-2007). It possesss experience in the area of Analytical Chemistry, with emphasis in Ambient Analysis of Traces and electrochemical and Chemical, and experience in the synthesis area and application of ionic Liquids, synthesis and aplicaçnao of nanocatalisadores in two-phase systems and reactions of hidrogenação of olefinas and arenos. In 2005 he was one of the members honored for the CNPq and Petrobra's, with the Prize Petrobra's of Technology, first edition (Petrochemical category Refining and), with the entitulado work: Nanopartículas of metals of transistion in ionic liquids: Synthesis, characterization and application in reactions of catalytic hidrogenação. Currently it works in the development of the following projects: synthesis of bimetallic nanocatalisadores in ionic Liquids (Petrobra's), synthesis of cellulose membranes system-gas - liquid with application in catalysis and electrochemical sensors, and the construction of electrochemical biosensores for composite determination as for example adrenalin.
Possui graduação em Química Industrial pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (2000), Mestrado em Química pela Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (2002), Doutorado em Química pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2006), Pós-doutorado pela Université Louis Pasteur-Strasbourg, França e Pós-doutorado pela Petrobras. Atualmente é Professor Associado na Escola de química e alimentos da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande e desenvolve pesquisas na área de Química, com ênfase em Nanomateriais, Suportes Sólidos, Biossensores, Catálise e Química Verde.
