Janaina Guimarães da Fonseca e Silva

Janaina Guimarães da Fonseca e Silva holds a PhD in History from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2012), where she also received a master's degree (2007) and a bachelor's degree (2004). She is an adjunct professor at the University of Pernambuco, Mata Norte campus. Being a permanent member of the Graduate Program in Teacher Training and Interdisciplinary Practices (PPGFPPI) and PROFHistória. Coordinates history area of pedagogical residency, edict2020-2022, on the Mata Norte campus. She is coordinator of the Gender Wg of the National Association of Research in History, in the Pernambuco section, and is also vice coordinator of the NDIS-Center for Diversity and Social Identities of the University of Pernambuco. He has experience in Teaching and Research in History and Education, working mainly on the following topics: Public educational policies for the LGBT population, teaching history and gender relations, interdisciplinary studies for anti-racist education, black women and also in research on colonization of the Captaincy of Pernambuco

Janaina Guimarães da Fonseca e Silva tem pós-doutorado pela Universidade da Paraíba, sendo doutora em História pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2012), onde também fez mestrado (2007) e graduação(2004). É professora adjunta da Universidade de Pernambuco, campus Mata Norte e membro permanente do PROFHISTÓRIA da UPE e do Programa de Pós-graduação em História da UFRPE, na Linha de ensino de História,. Vice-coordenadora do GT Estudos de Gênero da Associação Nacional de Pesquisa em História (ANPUH), seção Pernambuco. A pesquisadora possui experiência na área de Ensino e Pesquisa em História e Educação, atuando principalmente nos seguintes eixos: Politicas públicas educacionais para mulheres a população LGBTQIAP+, Relações de Gênero, estudos interdisciplinares para uma Educação Antirracista e Mulheres Negras na educação de Pernambuco.
