Isaac Matheus Santos Batista

Bacharel em Design pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. Mestre em Consumo, Cotidiano e Desenvolvimento Social pela Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco. Tem experiência na área de Design, especialmente Design de Moda. Realiza pesquisas relacionadas principalmente a relação entre moda, vestuário e consumo, tanto na esfera do cotidiano quanto da produção. Seus trabalhos versam sobre o figurino de cinema e suas reverberações nas práticas de consumo dos sujeitos; assim como acerca de movimentos sociais e a forma como seus integrantes participam dos circuitos de consumo de vestuário e outros objetos e serviços para construir seus respectivos discursos de resistência, e as diversas maneiras como se dá o processo de colonização dessas práticas cotidianas de consumo pela produção.

Bachelor of Design from the Federal University of Pernambuco. Master in Consumption, Daily Life and Social Development by the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco. Has experience in Design, especially Fashion Design. Conducts research related mainly to the relationship between fashion, clothing and consumption, both in the sphere of daily life and production. His works deal with cinema costumes and their reverberations in the subjects' consumption practices; as well as about social movements and the way in which their members participate in the circuits of consumption of clothing and other objects and services to build their respective speeches of resistance, and the different ways in which the process of colonization of these daily consumption practices by production occurs .
