Master's student in Linguistics at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP, 2019-) researches "Metaphors of death in classic works of Spiritism: The Book of Spirits (1857) and Nosso Lar (1943)" in a sociocognitive, discursive and interactional approach to studies of language. Graduating in Letters - Modern Foreign Language - English (UFBA, 2023.2-). Graduated in Vernacular Letters (UFBA, 2014.2-2017.2) with Course Completion Work approved with a degree of distinction and indication for publication, carried out Scientific Initiation research with the support of the Permanecer Program (PROAE) in the area of #8203;#8203;Cognitive Linguistics and Cultural Practices (2017 -2018), under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Norma Pereira (Institute of Letters/UFBA). He did student monitoring internships (voluntary and with a scholarship) in disciplines and extension projects in the areas of Latin Language Studies (2015) and Portuguese Language Studies (2016-2017). He was part of a group of studies directed at Cognitive Semantics at GESCOG/UFBA. Due to his excellent academic dedication, he was approved in the Public Notice to Participate (2016), when he took a course in Language and Speech in a sandwich internship period at the University of Porto - City of Porto, Portugal. He had a lively and active participation in the Academic Center of Letters of ILUFBA, fighting for the insertion and participation of student researchers in scientific-cultural congresses that took place between 2015 and 2018 in universities around Brazil. He served on important commissions for organizing events such as the VI International Congress of Metaphors in Language and Thought (Executive Committee) and the XIX EREL - Regional Meeting of Language and Literature Students (Academic Committee). He is the founder of the Study Group Isso é Calypso (GELISC), in which he investigates, together with professionals in Psychology, Journalism and Cognitive Sciences, what was (and what is) the identity, linguistic and sociocultural contribution that the Pará singer Joelma made (and da), by creating the musical rhythm of Calypso for demarcating, valuing and maintaining the tones and practices of subjectivities, emotions and local practices of the original Brazilian roots: the knowledge of the popular masses and the knowledge from indigenous peoples, from the Amazonian culture and African symbols. Given what has been reported, it articulates research on Cognitive Semantics, Metaphor, Textual Linguistics, Northeastern and Paraense Music and Studies on Spirituality regarding the human belief dating from Ancient Egypt in the existence of influence and interference of divinity in the physical and natural world.

Graduando em Letras - Língua Estrangeira Moderna - Inglês (UFBA, 2023.2-). Graduado em Letras Vernáculas (UFBA, 2014.2-2017.2) com Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso aprovado com grau de distinção e indicação para publicação, realizou pesquisa de Iniciação Científica com apoio do Programa Permanecer (PROAE) na área de Linguística Cognitiva e Práticas Culturais (2017-2018), sob a orientação da Profa. Dra. Norma Pereira (Instituto de Letras/UFBA). Fez estágios de monitoria estudantil (voluntário e com bolsa) em disciplinas e projetos de extensão das áreas de Estudos em Língua Latina (2015) e Estudos em Língua Portuguesa (2016-2017). Integrou grupo de estudos dirigidos em Semântica Cognitiva no GESCOG/UFBA. Pela sua excelente dedicação acadêmica, obteve aprovação no Edital Participar (2016), oportunidade em que fez curso de Linguagem e Discurso em período de estágio-sanduíche na Universidade de Porto - Cidade de Porto, Portugal. Teve participação viva e ativa no Centro Acadêmico de Letras do ILUFBA, lutando pela inserção e participação de pesquisadores discentes em congressos científico-culturais ocorridos dentre 2015 à 2018 em universidades ao redor do Brasil. Atuou em importantes comissões de organização de eventos como as do VI Congresso Internacional da Metáfora na Linguagem e no Pensamento (Comissão Executiva) e XIX EREL - Encontro Regional dos Estudantes de Letras (Comissão Acadêmica). É fundador do Grupo de Estudos Isso é Calypso (GELISC), no qual investiga, junto à profissionais de Psicologia, Jornalismo e Ciências Cognitivas sobre qual foi (e qual é) a contribuição identitária, linguística e sociocultural que a cantora paraense Joelma deu (e dá), ao criar o ritmo musical do Calypso para a demarcação, valorização e manutenção dos tons e das práticas de subjetividades, emoções e práticas locais das raízes brasileiras originais: os saberes das massas populares e os conhecimentos oriundos dos povos indígenas, da cultura amazônica e dos símbolos africanos. Dado o relatado, articula pesquisas sobre Semântica Cognitiva, Metáfora, Linguística Textual, Música Nordestina e Paraense e Estudos sobre Espiritualidade no tocante a crença humana datada desde o Antigo Egito na existência da influência e interferência da divindade sob o mundo físico e natural.
