Pedro Ivo Vieira Good God

Graduation in Agronomy (2002), Master's degree in Genetics and Improvement (2004) and Doctorate in Genetics and Improvement (2008), for the Universidade Federal de Viçosa. He worked in 2008 as grant holder of Technological and Industrial Development (BDTI-II-FAPEMIG) in the Program of Improvement of the Quality of the Soy (PMQS) developed in BIOAGRO-UFV. Now he is Teacher of the Universidade Federal de Viçosa - Campus Rio Paranaíba - where it teaches in Statistics and Genetics. He has experience in Molecular Genetics, Quantitative Genetics and Statistics applied Genomic to the Improvement of Plants, especially in the genetic-biochemical improvement of the soy for the agribusiness and biodiesel production. Besides, it acts in the biocombustíveis section being part of two nets research interinstitucionais, to know: (1) Mining net of Research and Technological Development in the Production of Biodiesel: of the Raw material to the By-product; and (2) Net of Research, Development and Innovation in Bioetanol: Production, Processes and Use of the Final Product.

Possui Graduação em Agronomia (2002), Mestrado em Genética e Melhoramento (2004) e Doutorado em Genética e Melhoramento (2008), pela Universidade Federal de Viçosa. Trabalhou em 2008 como bolsista de Desenvolvimento Tecnológico e Industrial (BDTI-II-FAPEMIG) no Programa de Melhoramento da Qualidade da Soja (PMQS) desenvolvido no BIOAGRO-UFV. Atualmente é Professor Associado da Universidade Federal de Viçosa - Campus Rio Paranaíba - onde leciona nas cadeiras de Estatística, Genética e Melhoramento de Plantas. Tem experiência em Genética Molecular e Genética Quantitativa aplicadas ao Melhoramento de Plantas, em especial no melhoramento genético-bioquímico do café e soja para a agroindústria.
