Desenvolve projetos de curadoria, escrita crítica, livre docência e pesquisa na área de Artes Visuais, com ênfase nos seguintes temas: arte brasileira contemporânea, crítica de arte, performance arte, arte e políticas do Sul global. Graduada em Teoria do Teatro pela Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro / UNI-RIO (1998). Mestre em Artes pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas UNICAMP (2005) com a dissertação O Artista-Personagem. Doutora em História e Crítica da Arte pelo PPGAV EBA/UFRJ, com a tese " Legitimação Internacional da Arte Brasileira Contemporânea, análise de um percurso: 1944-2010", vencedora do prêmio Gilberto Velho de Teses da UFRJ 2015, na categoria Letras e Artes (2015-16). Pós-doutorado pela Escola de Comunicação (ECO)/ UFRJ com o projeto de investigação "Depois do Futuro: Ruínas e reinvenções da modernidade nas artes contemporâneas", com bolsa PDJ-Capes (2014-2015). Colaboradora da plataforma de pesquisa http://globalartarchive.com/project/, coordenado pela Profa. Dra. Anna Maria Guasch Ferrer, no Depto. de História da Universitat de Barcelona (UB). Professora da Escola de Artes Visuais do Parque Lage entre 2010 e 2016. Atuou como crítica de artes visuais do Jornal O Globo entre 2014 e 2016. Curadora-chefe da Trienal Frestas 2017: Entre pós-verdades e Acontecimentos, SESC Sorocaba, SP. Colabora com diversas revistas e instituições culturais e docentes no Brasil e outros países. She develops projects of curatorship, critical writing, free teaching and research in the area of Visual Arts, with emphasis on the following themes: contemporary Brazilian art, art criticism, performance art and politics of the global South. Graduated in Theater Theory from Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro / UNI-RIO (1998). Master of Arts from Universidade Estadual de Campinas UNICAMP (2005) with the dissertation "O Artista-Personagem". PhD in History and Art Criticism from PPGAV EBA/UFRJ, with the thesis "International Legitimation of Contemporary Brazilian Art, analysis of a journey: 1944-2010", winner of the Gilberto Velho de Teses Award from UFRJ 2015, in the Literature and Arts category (2015-16). Post-doctorate by the School of Communication (ECO)/ UFRJ with the research project "After the Future: Ruins and reinventions of modernity in contemporary arts," with scholarship PDJ-Capes (2014-2015).
