Kelly Cristina Stéfani is the AOFAS (American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society) Women?s International Leadership Award recipient, and AOFAS Young Physicians Committee International Ambassador. Medical doctor (MD), Master (MsC) in Orthopedics and Traumatology ? Faculdade de Ciências Médicas Santa Casa de Misericórdia of São Paulo (FMSCSP), Doctor (PhD) in Orthopedics, Traumatology ? Faculdade de Medicina, University of São Paulo (FMUSP), Knowledge Management by the Vanzolini Foundation and Intellectual Property Mentor by the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI). She currently works at the Technological Innovation Center of the Hospital das Clínicas (InovaHC) of the Faculdade de Medicina of the University of São Paulo (FMUSP), and in the private practice (medical director of the Kelly Stéfani Institute of Sports Medicine). She works in the academic area as a professor at: Postgraduate Program in Technological Innovation and Perioperative Assistance Processes at FMUSP, Graduate Program in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at USP, University Extension Program (Time Enactus FMUSP), and CNPQ Group - ?Design Laboratory and Innovation in Health? by the Department of Projects at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo (FAU USP). She is on the editorial board of the scientific journals: Foot and Ankle International (FAI) and Foot and Ankle Orthopedics (FAO). She has experience in the management of public and supplementary health services segment to identify the institution's need, coordinate processes, create policies and apply them, technically manage the financial sector (analysis of medical bills, medical audit, regular guide, formatting tables and negotiation with providers) and guide how work teams. The main experience is with an OPME analysis, especially surgical and costly. She has experience in Medicine, with an emphasis on Orthopedic Surgery, working mainly in the following areas: innovation ecosystem, entrepreneurship, applied research, bio design, engineering, medical device and usability, health informatics, artificial intelligence and big data, management from hospital processes, academia-industry connection, orthopedic traumatology, sports medicine, foot and ankle, diabetic foot, bone metabolism, genetics, knowledge management and a holistic view of well-being.

Médica, Mestre em Ortopedia e Traumatologia pela Faculdade de Ciências Médicas da Santa Casa de Misericórdia de São Paulo (FMSCSP), Doutora em Ortopedia e Traumatologia pela Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo (FMUSP), Gestora do Conhecimento pela Fundação Vanzolini e Mentora de Propriedade Intelectual pelo Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Industrial (INPI). Atualmente trabalha como gerente médica de projetos de inovação no Centro de Inovações Tecnológicas do Hospital das Clínicas (InovaHC) da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo (FMUSP) e no consultório privado (diretor médico do Instituto Kelly Stéfani de Medicina Esportiva). Atua na área acadêmica como pesquisadora e docente do: Programa de Pós-Graduação em Inovação Tecnológica e Processos Assistenciais Perioperatórios da FMUSP, Programa de Graduação em Inovação e Empreendedorismo da USP, Programa de Extensão Universitária (Time Enactus FMUSP) e do Grupo CNPQ - ?Laboratório de Design e Inovação em Saúde? do Departamento de Projetos da Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Universidade de São Paulo (FAU USP). Faz parte do conselho editorial dos periódicos científicos: Foot and Ankle International (FAI) e Foot and Ankle Orthopaedics (FAO). Possui experiência no segmento de gestão de serviços de saúde pública e suplementar para identificar as necessidades da instituição, coordenar processos, criar políticas e aplicá-las, administrar tecnicamente o setor financeiro (análise de contas médicas, auditoria médica, regulamentação de guias, formatação de tabelas e negociação com prestadores) e orientar as equipes de trabalho. Sua principal experiência é com a análise OPME, especialmente cirúrgica e de alto custo. Tem experiência na área de Medicina, com ênfase em Cirurgia Ortopédica, atuando principalmente nas seguintes áreas: ecossistema de inovação, empreendedorismo, pesquisa aplicada, biodesign, engenharia, medical device e usabilidade, informática em saúde, inteligência artificial e big data, gestão de processos hospitalares, conexão academia-indústria, traumatologia ortopédica, medicina esportiva, pé e tornozelo, pé diabético, metabolismo ósseo, genética, gestão do conhecimento e visão holística do bem-estar.
