Coordenador do Centro de Apoio Operacional de Proteção à Ecologia, Meio Ambiente, Urbanismo, Paisagismo e Defesa do Patrimônio Histórico, Artístico e Cultural do Ministério Público do Estado do Ceará - CAOMACE. Conselheiro do Conselho Estadual Gestor do Fundo de Defesa dos Direitos Difusos do Estado do Ceará (CEG/FDID). Representa o MPCE no Conselho Estadual do Meio Ambiente - COEMA (titular), Conselho Estadual de Preservação do Patrimônio Cultural do Ceará - COEPA (titular) e Conselho Municipal do Meio Ambiente - COMAM, de Fortaleza (suplente). Possui graduação em Direito pela UFC. Especialista em Direito Constitucional e Processo Constitucional pela UECE/ESMP-CE. Mestre em Direito Constitucional Público e Teoria Política pela UNIFOR. Doutorando em Direito Constitucional Público e Teoria Política pela UNIFOR. Concluiu curso de alta formação em justiça constitucional e tutela jurisdicional de direitos na Universidade de Pisa, com apresentação em seminário interno e publicação de artigo selecionado. Autor de livros e artigos jurídicos.

Graduated in Law from UFC. Specialist in Constitutional Law and Constitutional Process at UECE/ESMP-CE. Master in Public Constitutional Law and Political Theory from UNIFOR. Doctoral candidate in Public Constitutional Law and Political Theory at UNIFOR. Completed a high training course in constitutional justice and judicial protection of rights at the University of Pisa, with presentation at an internal seminar and publication of a selected article.
