Luiz Felipe Viel Moreira

Graduated in History from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1984), Master's in History from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1993) and Ph.D. in Social History from the University of São Paulo (1999). He is currently an associate professor at the State University of Maringá (UEM). He has experience in the field of History, with an emphasis on Latin American History. He did two post-doctorates at the Faculty of Philosophy and Humanities at the National University of Córdoba (Argentina). In 2005 in the field of History, researching Paraguayan intellectuals in the first half of the 20th century. And in between 2020 and 2022 in the area of ​​Literature, investigating the interface between Literature and History of Central America, from the period of civil wars in the 1980s to the present day.

Possui graduação em História pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (1984), mestrado em História pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (1993) e doutorado em História Social pela Universidade de São Paulo (1999). Atualmente é professor associado da Universidade Estadual de Maringá (UEM). Tem experiência na área de História, com ênfase em História latino americana. Fez dois pós doutorados na Faculdade de Filosofia e Humanidades da Universidade Nacional de Córdoba (Argentina). Entre 2004 e 2005 na área de História, pesquisando sobre intelectuais paraguaios da primeira metade do século XX. E entre 2021 e 2022 na área de Letras, investigando a interface entre Literatura e História da América Central, do período das guerras civis dos anos 1980 aos dias atuais.
