Irton de Jesus Silva Costa

Agronomist, graduated from the State University of Montes Claros - UNIMONTES (2011), where he was a fellow of scientific initiation by the CNPQ, worked with silicon in the management of pest of anonaceae. Master in Plant Production in the Semi-Arid by the State University of Montes Claros (2013), working as a plant scientist (fruit and post-harvest physiology). PhD in Phytotechnology from the Federal University of Lavras - UFLA with emphasis on Tissue Culture - Propagation of Exotic Fruit Trees of the Cerrado (2017). He is an AdHoc reviewer for several scientific journals in Brazil. He has experience in the area of Agronomy, with emphasis on Fruticulture (pest and disease management, silicate fertilization), working mainly on the following topics: Management, propagation of tropical and temperate, subtropical and tropical fruit trees native to the Cerrado and Amazon. Agricultural and Livestock Institute of the Agricultural and Livestock Institute (IMA).

Engenheiro Agrônomo, formado pela Universidade Estadual de Montes Claros - UNIMONTES (2011), bolsista de iniciação científica pelo CNPQ, trabalhou com silício no manejo de pragas de anonáceas. Mestre em Produção Vegetal no Semiárido pela Universidade Estadual de Montes Claros (2013), tendo como área de trabalho fitotecnia (fruticultura e fisiologia pós-colheita). Doutor em Fitotecnia pela Universidade Federal de Lavras - UFLA com ênfase em Cultura de Tecidos - Propagação de Frutíferas Exóticas do Cerrado (2017). É revisor AdHoc de vários periódicos científicos no Brasil. Tem experiência na área de Agronomia, com ênfase em Fruticultura (Manejo de pragas e doenças, adubação silicatada) atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Manejo, Propagação de Fruteiras de Clima Tropical e Temperado, Subtropical e Tropical Nativas do Cerrado e da Amazônia. Fiscal Agropecuário do Instituo Mineiro de Agropecuária-IMA (2017/2020).
