Matheus Henrique Silveira Mendes

Matheus Henrique Silveira Mendes possui graduação em Agronomia pela Universidade Federal de Lavras (2010). Em 2012 obteve o mestrado em Genética e Melhoramento de Plantas pela Universidade Federal de Lavras. Em 2015 obteve o título de doutor em Genética e Melhoramento de Plantas na Universidade Federal de Lavras. Foi pesquisador visitante na The Ohio State University no Department of Horticulture and Crop Science (2014). Trabalha nas seguintes áreas: agronomia, melhoramento genético de plantas e estatística experimental.

Matheus Henrique Silveira Mendes received his undergraduate degree in Agronomy from the Federal University of Lavras, Brazil on 2010. In 2012 he obtained the Master's degree in Crop Science with a focus in Plant Breeding from the Federal University of Lavras, Brazil. In 2015, Mendes completed the PhD student in Plant Science with emphasis in Plant Breeding at the Federal University of Lavras. He was a Visitor Scholar at The Ohio State University, during 2014. He has worked in Agronomy with emphasis in Genetics and Plant Breeding and Quantitative Genetics, acting on the following subjects: agronomy, experimental estatistics and plant breeding.
