Jose Duarte Alecrim

Possui doutorado em Geologia e Matérias Primas - École Nationale Supérieure de Géologie Ensg de L'institut National Polytech (1990). Atualmente é professor da Universidade Federal do Amazonas. Tem experiência na área de Geociências, com ênfase em Geologia Ambiental, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: manaus, geoquímica ambiental, geologia ambiental, processos erosivos e geoquímica.
