Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (2010), master's degree in Genetic Improvement of plants by the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (2013) and PhD in Botany by the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco (2018) with emphasis on strategies adaptive characteristics of the Caatinga species to the water deficit. She worked as a researcher at the National Semi-Arid Institute (INSA) in a Technical Cooperation project with the Center for Strategic Technologies of the Northeast (CETENE). She is a collaborating researcher at the Laboratory of Anatomy and Biochemistry of Plants and the Laboratory of Physiology and In vitro Cultivation of Plants of UFRPE. Currently, he is a PCI-MCTI Fellow at CETENE, developing research in the field of in vitro plant cultivation, with emphasis on the micropropagation of tree species with a view to the conservation and maintenance of biodiversity.
