Graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Pernambuco (2010), MBA in Construction Management and Construction Technology from the Brazilian Institute of Continuing Education (2017), holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pernambuco (2018). He is currently a PhD student in Civil Engineering at the Federal University of Pernambuco (2020), and is the Planning and Project Manager at the State of Pernambuco's Environment and Sustainability Secretariat. He has experience in the field of Civil Engineering, with an emphasis on Civil Engineering, working mainly on the following topics: civil construction, project management, company management, environmental certification and sustainable construction.

Atualmente é Doutorando em Engenharia Civil pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2020), e é Gerente de Planejamento e Projetos da Secretaria de Meio Ambiente e Sustentabilidade do Estado de Pernambuco. Tem experiência na área de Engenharia Civil, com ênfase em Engenharia Civil, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: construção civil, gestão de projetos, gestão das empresas, certificação ambiental e construções sustentáveis.
