Adriana Bona Matos

Full Professor since 2013 at the Department of Dentistry, Faculty of Dentistry, University of São Paulo (FOUSP), where I joined as a Assistant Professor, since 1997. Graduated in Dentistry at the Federal University da Bahia (1988), obtained all his postgraduate degrees at FOUSP, Master's in Dentistry (1993), Doctorate in Dentistry (1996) and Associate Professor (2004). I currently work with undergraduate students in the Dentistry 1 and Dental Anatomy disciplines, where I teach theoretical and practices classes, as well as seminars. Accredited in the Graduate Program in Dentistry at FOUSP since 1998, it works mainly in the adherence theme. Currently, he has sought to investigate the formation of the adhesive interface on modified dental substrates. From 2018 to 2019, I was engaged in the Visiting Research Scholar Program at the College of Dentistry, University of Illinois at Chicago, where I developed research projects related to the area of ​​dental adhesion and in-depth studies of the modified, clinically relevant dental substrate and its relationship with the formation of the adhesive interface.

Professora Titular em RDIDP (Regime de Dedicação Integral a Docência e a Pesquisa), desde 2013, do Departamento de Dentística da Faculdade de Odontologia da Universidade de São Paulo (FOUSP), onde ingressou como Professora desde 1997. Possui graduação em Odontologia pela Universidade Federal da Bahia (1988), obteve todos os seus títulos de Pós-graduação na FOUSP, Mestrado em Dentística (1993), Doutorado em Dentística (1996) e livre-docente em Dentística (2004). Atualmente trabalho junto aos alunos de Graduação nas disciplinas Dentística 1 e Anatomia Odontológica, onde ministra aulas teóricas, práticas e seminários. Credenciada no Programa de PG em Dentistica da FOUSP desde 1998. Minha linha de pesquisa está fundamentalmente relacionada ao tema adesão em tecidos dentais e materiais estéticos. Atualmente, tenho procurado investigar a formação da interface adesiva em substratos dentais modificados. De 2018 a 2019, fez um Programa de Visiting Research Scholar na College of Dentistry, University of Illinois at Chicago, onde desenvolveu projetos de pesquisa relacionados a área de adesão e estudos aprofundados do substrato dental modificado, clinicamente relevante e sua interrelação com a formação da interface adesiva.
