Seshadri Meruva

Bachelor of Science from the Sri Venkateswara University, India (2002), Master of Physics from the Sri Venkateswara University, India (2006) and PhD in Physics from the Venkateswara University, India (2012). I was a Pos-tdoctoral Fellow at the "Gleb Wataghin" Institute of Physics at the University of Campinas (2013-2015). Currently working as a Post-doctoral Fellow in Grupo de Engenharia e Espectroscopia de Materiais, Department of Physics-ICE, UFJF (2015-). I have experience in the production of photonic glasses/glass-ceramics, fibers and phosphor materials, luminescence and thermo-optical and nonlinear optical characterization techniques for the potential applications in field of solid-state lasers, optical amplifiers, sensors, sloar cell concentrators, mid-Infrared lasers, color display technology, among others.
