Jessica Vitorino da Silva Terra Nova

Graduated in Physical Education (B.Sc.) from the Federal University of Sergipe (2013). Former Fellow of the Institutional Program Initiation to Teaching - PIBID / CAPES (2011-2013). Member of the Research Group Body and Governance: Politics, Culture and Society, as well as the Group's research and Memory Center of Physical Education, Sport and leisure Sergipe (CEMEFEL / UFS). Operates in the research lines: Body and Epistemology, Sport, Education and Social Rights and History and Memory of Physical Education and Sports.

É Artista Acrobata (DRT 758/SE) e Dançarina. Doutoranda no Programa de Pós-graduação em Artes Cênicas da Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA); Mestre em Educação pela Universidade Federal de Sergipe (UFS), 2016; Especializada em Arte-Educação pela Faculdade São Luís de França (FSLF), 2014; e graduada em Educação Física Licenciatura pela Universidade Federal de Sergipe (UFS), 2013. Professora na rede pública Estadual de Ensino (SEC-BA). Atua nas seguintes áreas de pesquisa: Dança; Circo; Arte e Educação; Corpo e Epistemologia; História e Memória da Educação Física e do Esporte.
