Thomas Augusto Ferreira de Almeida

Doctor in Constitutional Law, Master and Specialist in Administrative Law from PUC/SP. He holds a Post-Doctorate in History of Law from the Nova School of Law in Lisbon. Attorney for Federal Agencies. Chief Attorney of the Brazilian Film Agency - PF-ANCINE. He served as General Legal Coordinator of Administrative Affairs at the Legal Consultancy of the Ministry of Infrastructure (2021-2022), Chief Attorney of the Federal University of the State of São Paulo - PF-UNIFESP (2009-2013), Director of the AGU School in São Paulo (2017) and Attorney for Federal Agencies at ANTAQ - National Agency for Waterway Transport (2018) and CNEN - National Nuclear Energy Commission (2003-2006). He joined the AGU Arbitration Center as a representative of the PGF (2018-2019). Effective Member of the Administrative Law Commission of OAB/SP from 2013 to 2018. Collaborating Professor in the Specialization Course in Administrative Law at PUC/SP (COGEAE) (2013-2018).

Integrou o Núcleo Especializado em Arbitragem da AGU como representante da PGF (2018-2019). Membro Efetivo da Comissão de Direito Administrativo da OAB/SP de 2013 a 2018.
