I serve as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Dentistry at the Catholic University of Brasília, and a Collective Oral Health Researcher in the Postgraduate Program in Dentistry at the University of Brasília, with training in the work process in SUS and the importance of planning actions by the Federal University of Maranhão (UFMA). I hold a specialist qualification in Pediatric Dentistry (Instituto ORION), postgraduate degrees in Patients with Special Needs and Collective Health, and am currently pursuing further studies in Orthodontics. I earned a Master's degree in Dentistry with an emphasis on collective health from the University of Brasília (UnB), and am currently a doctoral candidate in Dentistry at the same institution, operating within the same area of concentration. At present, I am engaged in research at the University of Brasília (UnB) and the Catholic University of Brasília (UCB), focusing on epidemiological surveys, children's health, dental clinical interventions, patients with special needs and pregnant women, as well as health management and education. Within the academic realm, I serve as the Coordinator of the Collective Health Center for Dentistry, Nursing, Biomedicine, Medicine, Pharmacy, and Nutrition courses, teaching subjects such as Collective Health, Collective Health in Dentistry, Pediatric Clinical Practices, Supervised Internship II, among others. I contribute to the development of course syllabi, schedules, and the preparation of classes for the Lato Sensu Postgraduate Course in Pediatric Dentistry at the Praxis Institute-DF. I guide students in tasks that go beyond the confines of the university campus, specifically in operations related to Primary Health Care (APS). For a certain period, I dedicated my efforts as a dentist in the neonatal and pediatric ICU (REDE DOR), after completing a training course in pediatric emergencies at the Albert Einstein Israeli Institute of Education and Research. I was a scholarship recipient of the Ibero-American Exchange Program in Porto, Portugal. I am involved in the conception and implementation of initiatives that foster synergy between the academic sphere and the public health sector, with particular emphasis on implementation science and the use of evidence to substantiate the decisions of managers and professionals in public health services.

Doutorando em Odontologia atuando na mesma área de concentração pela Universidade de Brasília (UnB), Atualmente desenvolvo pesquisas pela Universidade de Brasília (UnB) e Universidade Católica de Brasília (UCB), direcionadas a levantamentos epidemiológicos, Saúde da criança, intervenções clínicas odontológicas, Pacientes com necessidades especiais e gestantes, Gestão e educação em saúde. No meio acadêmico, atuo como Coordenador do Núcleo de Saúde Coletiva dos cursos de Odontologia, Enfermagem, Biomedicina, Medicina, Farmácia e Nutrição, ministrando disciplinas como Saúde Coletiva, Saúde coletiva em Odontologia, Práticas clínicas Pediátricas, Estágio Supervisionado II, entre outras. Monitoro acadêmicos em tarefas que transcendem as fronteiras do campus universitário, especificamente nas operações relacionadas à Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS). Me dediquei por um determinado período na atuação como Dentista de UTI neonatal e UTI pediátrica (REDE DOR), após a conclusão do curso de capacitação em emergências pediátricas pelo o Instituto Israelita de Ensino e Pesquisa Albert Einstein. Fui aluno Bolsista do Programa de intercâmbio Ibero-Americanas em Porto, Portugal. Estou envolvido na concepção e implementação de iniciativas que fomentem a sinergia entre a esfera acadêmica e o setor de saúde pública, com particular relevância atribuída à ciência de implementação e ao emprego de evidências para fundamentar as escolhas dos gestores e profissionais dos serviços públicos de saúde.
